I am sometimes surprised that the Tacoma area is becoming a great place for a family to live again! We have many people who genuinely care about the community and recently are stepping forward like myself with ideas and solutions to many issues facing American Families today.
Using the national averages and the population I estimate that food allergens effects about 36,000 people just in the Pierce County area alone and many do not realize that the fatigue, Irritable Bowl Syndrome, head and body ekes are from the foods we are eating.
I take my hat off to Corina Bakery, gluten-free is the best! If you start eating gluten-free and see a difference you will never, never, never go back. The only concern is if you do not dedicate the bakery to Gluten-Free you will more then likely NOT see a Celiac diagnosed (the person diagnosed a gluten-free only diet) person in you bakery! Most know and experienced the accidental exposure to Gluten from other backing goods and will not risk it.
I myself am interested in supplying these breads to the local community from my store but it needs to be a dedicated Gluten-Free Bakery. If Carina Bakery Dedicates the Bakery to Gluten-Free I will be one of the first ones in there to try it and see if I could get a truck load of fresh gluten-free baked goods for my store.
