Thanks for the updates. Sorry for the fowl up. We clearly missed the boat on this one. We thought that the decision had not been finalized yet. It’s great to know that we have readers to check up on us! I’ll let Pat know that he should expect some great business at the new restaurant.

Are you quite certain that this isn’t a follow up to the Matador thing in the “Looking Glass Is Behind The Times” series?

Last I heard, the place was already named The Hub.
