Dale, We have a gluten free dinner and lunch menu at Woody's on the Water. We also offer gluten free brownies for dessert and gluten free beer for relaxing on the waterfront. Our comlete menu is on our web site.

I have a gluten free section up at Tacomamama. (I'm gluten-challenged, myself and struggling with it with all the eating out I do.)

http://www.tacomamama.com/index.php?topic=glutenfree

Like everything else on the site, I welcome anyone to contribute their own information to it, actually I really wish they would!

Babblin Babs Bistro on Proctor was really great about it, the chef stands right behind you while you eat and it's easy to ask about ingredients.

I've yet to have a bad reaction from anything in a corn tortilla in this town, provided it's not breaded and fried.
