Babblin Babs Bistro on Proctor was really great about it, the chef stands right behind you while you eat and it's easy to ask about ingredients. I've yet to have a bad reaction from anything in a corn tortilla in this town, provided it's not breaded and fried. I have a gluten free section up at Tacomamama.
